Workgoin provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables users ("Sellers") to create and manage their own independent online stores. Our primary service is providing the tools and technology to run these e-commerce businesses.

Free Plan Policy

Our core service is free to use. Sellers can sign up and create a store without any upfront cost. Because there is no charge for using the free tier of our platform, there are no refunds applicable. The service is provided as-is, and you are free to stop using it at any time.

Commission Fees

For sellers on the free plan, a small commission fee is charged on each order. These fees are non-refundable as they are charged for a completed transaction on the platform.

Subscription Plans (Future)

In the future, Workgoin may offer monthly or yearly subscription plans. The cancellation and refund policy for these paid plans will be detailed here when they become available.

Policy for Products Sold by Stores

Important: Workgoin is the platform provider and is not the seller of the products in the individual stores. Each store owner is an independent seller responsible for their own shipping, returns, refunds, and cancellation policies.

If you are a shopper and have a question about a return or need to cancel an order, you must contact the owner of the specific store you purchased from. Workgoin does not handle inventory, shipping, or customer service for the stores on our platform.
