Information from Sellers: When you register as a Seller, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, shop name, and shop address. If you connect your own payment gateway, we collect the necessary API credentials to process payments on your behalf.

Information from Shoppers: When a shopper makes a purchase from a Seller's store on our platform, we collect information necessary to process the order, such as name, shipping address, email, and phone number. This information is shared with the Seller for fulfillment purposes. We do not store full credit card numbers.

Technical Information: We automatically collect certain information when you visit our site, such as your IP address, browser type, and operating system.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our platform and services.
  • Facilitate account creation and management for Sellers.
  • Process transactions and facilitate order fulfillment between Shoppers and Sellers.
  • Communicate with you, including for customer service and platform updates.

  • Shopper information is shared with the corresponding Seller to enable them to fulfill orders.
  • With third-party service providers who perform services for us, such as payment processing (Cashfree) and web hosting.

4. Data of Individual Stores

Sellers are responsible for their own privacy practices and for the customer data they collect through their stores. We encourage Shoppers to review the privacy policy of any store they interact with.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
