Workgoin provides a software platform for businesses ("Sellers") to interact with their customers ("End-Customers"). Workgoin is NOT a party to any transaction or interaction between Sellers and End-Customers. We do not collect, process, or facilitate payments.

Sellers are solely responsible for their products, services, pricing, and all interactions with their customers. End-Customers are solely responsible for verifying the identity, legitimacy, and trustworthiness of Sellers before engaging in any transaction. Workgoin shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising between Sellers and End-Customers.

Wallet Balance

The Wallet does not represent real currency. It reflects Workgoin credit points only. These credits have no cash value and are non-refundable, non-transferable.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to offer, sell, or promote any products or services that are illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of your customers. This includes, but is not limited to, counterfeit goods, illegal drugs, unlicensed services, or any other prohibited items.

Workgoin has no obligation to monitor the content or offerings of Sellers. Any use of the platform for illegal activities is at the sole risk of the user. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, but our failure to do so does not imply endorsement or liability.

Account Usage & Compliance

Workgoin Video orders lead booking collection tool users must comply with all applicable laws and our Terms & Conditions. Any involvement in illegal activities or violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination without prior notice. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

Video Content Policy

Workgoin allows sellers to display videos using YouTube embeds or by providing their own MP4 video URLs. You must only use videos that you own or have the legal rights, licenses, and permissions to use.

All YouTube videos on Workgoin are played through YouTube's official Embed Player and are subject to YouTube's Terms of Service, Embed Policies, and Platform Policies. Workgoin does not host, modify, or claim ownership of YouTube videos.

If you provide an MP4 video URL, you are solely responsible for ensuring that the video is your original content or that you have the legal authorization to publish and distribute it. Sharing copyrighted, pirated, stolen, unauthorized, or illegal video content is strictly prohibited.

By using Workgoin, you confirm that all videos you publish comply with applicable copyright laws and platform policies. Workgoin reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or receives a valid copyright complaint.

Any seller found using unauthorized, infringing, or illegal video content may have their content removed, their seller account temporarily suspended, or their account permanently terminated without prior notice.

Data Retention

To ensure optimal performance and manage storage, order and inquiry data is retained for a period of 60 days. After this period, older data may be automatically and permanently removed from the system. Sellers are responsible for exporting and backing up their own data if they require records beyond this retention period.

Service Availability & Data Responsibility

Workgoin Video orders lead booking collection tool maintains an average 98% server uptime. Temporary service interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues, and users will be notified in advance whenever possible. Technical downtime may take up to 48 hours for resolution. Any service interruption caused by maintenance or technical issues will be compensated by extending the user’s subscription period by an equivalent duration (1 day, 2 days, or more, as applicable) to ensure no loss of paid service time.

Workgoin Video orders lead booking collection tool provides a 60-day data backup for orders and leads only. Users are solely responsible for downloading or exporting their data within this period. After 60 days, data may be permanently removed, and Workgoin will not be liable for any data loss, missing records, or related consequences arising from failure to export data on time or due to factors beyond our control.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Workgoin and its licensors.

7. Disclaimer

Workgoin is only a platform that connects sellers and customers. Workgoin is not responsible for any fraud, scam, loss, dispute, or issue between the seller and the customer. Customers are advised to verify seller details through calls, messages, or any other confirmation before placing an order or doing business. Sellers are also responsible for verifying customer details before proceeding with any business. Any transaction, agreement, or issue arising between the seller and customer is solely their responsibility, and Workgoin will not be held liable under any circumstances.

Workgoin provides only a software platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workgoin is not responsible for any illegal products, damaged or missing items, scams, accidents, insurance issues, or disputes between sellers, service providers, business owners, consumers, customers, delivery partners, drivers, vehicle owners, or any other parties. All responsibility lies solely with the respective parties involved.

8. General Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" AND WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, WORKGOIN, ON ITS OWN BEHALF AND ON BEHALF OF ITS AFFILIATES AND ITS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE LICENSORS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS, EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE.
