1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Workgoin platform ("the Service"), operated by Workgoin ("us", "we", or "our"). By creating a store or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Seller Accounts

To become a seller, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Responsibilities of Sellers

As a seller on our platform, you are solely responsible for:

  • The products you sell, including their legality, quality, and description.
  • Fulfilling orders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handling customer service, including inquiries, shipping, and returns, according to your own stated policies.
  • Ensuring any outstanding commission fees are paid to keep your store in good standing.

4. Role of Workgoin

Workgoin provides the technology platform for you to build and manage your store. We are not a party to any transaction between you (the seller) and your customers. We do not handle inventory, fulfillment, or customer service for individual stores.

5. Payments and Fees

Workgoin offers a 3-day free trial which provides access to our platform's features. After the trial period concludes, you must choose one of our paid subscription plans (e.g., Basic, Starter, Growth, or Business) to continue service. Subscription fees are billed on a monthly or yearly basis as selected. Failure to subscribe to a paid plan after the free trial will result in the suspension of your storefront until a subscription is activated.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content and products you upload to your store. However, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute this content as necessary to operate the platform. You must ensure you have the rights to all content you post.

7. Content Disclaimer

Users may only share YouTube links to videos they own or have legal rights to use. Sharing links to videos containing third-party branded content, copyrighted material, or any unauthorized content is strictly prohibited. Links to illegal, pirated, or infringing videos will not be accepted. Any copyright claims, legal issues, or consequences arising from shared links are the sole responsibility of the user.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account without prior notice or liability for any reason, including breach of these Terms, failure to pay fees, or selling prohibited items.
