When you, as a Seller, use our Service to interact with your End-Customers, you are the "Data Controller" for your End-Customers' personal data. Workgoin acts as the "Data Processor" on your behalf, processing data according to your instructions.
As the Data Controller, you are responsible for ensuring that you have a lawful basis for collecting and processing the personal data of your End-Customers.

As a software provider, Workgoin is not responsible for the data protection practices of the Sellers who use our platform. End-Customers from the EU/UK should review the privacy policies of the individual Sellers they interact with to understand how their data is handled. Any requests regarding your personal data should be directed to the Seller (the Data Controller).
