Workgoin provides a software service, some features of which are free, that allows businesses ("Sellers") to create and manage chatbot stores.

Policy for Workgoin's Service Fees

For any subscription fees or charges paid directly to Workgoin for premium features, there are no refunds or cancellations. All sales are final. You may choose not to renew your subscription at the end of its term.

Important Notice for End-Customers

This policy applies ONLY to the use of the Workgoin software platform itself. It DOES NOT apply to any products or services you purchase from a Seller using this platform.

All cancellation, return, and refund policies for products or services purchased through a chatbot are determined solely by the Seller. Workgoin has no involvement in, and no liability for, the Seller's individual policies or their fulfillment of orders. Please contact the Seller directly for any issues related to your purchase.
